This project comprised a full strip-out and refit of a former Yankee Candle retail outlet, into part of a Building Society chain with a strong brand and a strict design guidelines.

The city centre location made the logisitics challenging, especially in respect of managing the consequences of the required structural repairs fo to the property frontage.

The extensive works required internally and externally were made to rigorously conform with the brand guidelines, and the project was delivered on budget and within the six week works timeline.
